At Gleaux Aesthetics, every product is created with precision and care. Pre-orders allow you to reserve your items in advance while supporting our small-batch production model.
How It Works:
👉 Each pre-order requires a minimum of six items sold before entering production.
👉 Once the minimum is met, production begins and typically takes 4–6 weeks.
👉 You will receive timely updates, including estimated shipping dates, as your order moves through production.

Your skin deserves a routine that is thoughtfully selected for your skin, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
During your personalized virtual consultation with Shalana Alexander, RN, you’ll receive professional guidance based on your skin concerns, goals, current routine, and lifestyle.
Your consultation includes:
- 60-minute virtual skincare consultation
- Personalized assessment of your skin concerns and goals
- Customized Gleaux Aesthetics Skincare routine
- Product recommendations selected specifically for your skin
- Guidance on how to properly use your products for best results
- Recommendations for creating a simple, consistent routine
Gleaux Aesthetics Skincare products only:
For safety, efficacy, and the best results, product recommendations during your consultation will be limited to the Gleaux Aesthetics Skincare line. I do not recommend products from other brands.
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Your consultation fee is nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, you may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.
Introductory Offer:
The $99 rate is a limited-time introductory price for the launch of virtual skincare consultations. The regular consultation rate is $150.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 7-10 business days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.

RETURN POLICY
We kindly ask that you choose your products carefully, as all sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
