During your virtual consultation, Shalana will assess your current skincare concerns, discuss your goals and routine, and create a personalized regimen using Gleaux Aesthetics Skincare professional products.
Your consultation includes:
- 60-minute virtual skincare consultation
- Personalized skin assessment
- Discussion of your skincare concerns and goals
- Customized Gleaux Aesthetics Skincare regimen
- Product recommendations based on your individual needs
- One 15-minute follow-up consultation within 30 days to answer questions and make routine adjustments
The consultation fee is nonrefundable. Youâre allowed one reschedule with a 24 hour notice. Products are not included and are purchased separately.Â

Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your virtual consultation, one reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hoursâ notice. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment are not eligible for rescheduling and will forfeit the consultation fee.
Product Recommendation Policy
Your personalized skincare recommendations will be based exclusively on Gleaux Aesthetics Skincare products. I do not recommend products from outside brands. This allows me to confidently guide you on product selection, usage, and routine compatibility for safety, efficacy, and the best possible results. đđžđŞđž

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 7-10 business days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
